How I clean my Make-up Brushes...

1. Gather dirty brushes.

2. Prepare any shampoo.
I use shampoo because it is mild and it smells good.
Extra Virgin coconut oil is not
necessary, but I use it to make the brush hairs soft and with a silky finish.

3. Pour into a container an ample amount of
shampoo and 2 tiny drops of
extra virgin coconut oil, mix it then add water.

4. Soak the dirty brushes into the mixture.

5. Wash the brush strands with your hands until clean.

6. Rinse properly with clean water
until there are no more bubbles.

7. Let the brushes dry.

I don't have a fixed schedule on when to wash my make-up brushes.  I clean them when I feel that they need to be washed. It is advisable to always wash your brushes especially if you have very sensitive skin.
